This is a combination of two courses that were sampled at the 2018 TT&S Annual Conference and Vendor Showcase.

In this 8-hr course, students will learn customer service skills in person and over the phone, including identifying ways to build customer rapport, improving listening skills, taking control of every call, and cooling down a hot customer.

Location: TT&S Training Room located downstairs in the DCN building in north Bismarck.

Fees are dependent upon the number of registrations and can vary from $200+ for few students to as low as $75 per student. Class size maximum is 25 students.
